Title: LIFE OF PI
Genre: FICTION
Characters: PI as the main character, RICHARD PARKER as the tiger in the movie where it is the one of  his companion of PI till he survive, the HYENA the evil animal who join in the boat, the zebra as the Taiwanese sailor he is the cautious from the very start, SANTOSH as the father of PI who was a animal keeper.
Setting: Pondicherry, India; the Pacific Ocean; Mexico; Canada
Plot: The story tells about the life of PI where he as being stranded in the middle of the ocean by how many days. PI is a faithful person who are faithful to God. 
Theme: The will to live, and don't lose hope in all the test of God in your life.

1. what does the title mean in relation to the film as a whole?
- the title mean in relation to the film as a whole is that it tells the story/ life of Pi. Of the things that have been happened to his life. The things that he did to survive for many days and weeks when he was in the middle of the ocean. and especially the things on how to be strong to fight when he was scared. and it show also that what ever troubles could we encounter we know how to be strong.
2. among the characters, to whom can you relate to?
- the characters, to whom i can relate to is to the monkey. Because for me monkey is totally like humans. He tried to protect from what harmful things and problems could happen. Monkey is a friendly one, what ever bad faces he encountered he is friendly. Monkey also is a bright one because he helps, especially if there is a thing could happen to you. Monkey is a like a dog a "MANS BESTFRIEND."
3. which part of the presentation struck you the most? why?
- part of the presentation struck me most is when a big storm arrive. And his family died but he tried to find them. Any obstacle that he experienced he was to brave enough to fight and don't lose hope. He has no fear feeling to the things that have been happened. he was brave enough to face this troubles. And the scene where he was in the middle of the ocean. He has many things he did even though he a less things that he can see to his surroundings. Especially he survive to all of the things happened to him.
4. what is the movies message?
- the movies message "don't lost hope". this is true because if you lost hope. what will happened to your life? because only hope can  help you to stay strong. Hope can give confidence to your self to fight for. Hope is the best recipe in your life to live in this world longer.
5. did I like this in general?why?
- yes, because this film show what people could encounter if possibly happen it in their life. It show also that you should be strong and brave enough to all the things. Don't let your body feel weak face it and find a solution to solve it. we people have different ways to solve the problems so don't lose hope if you encounter this things. It's one of God's message to us what we should do.
6. did i agree with the main theme/ purpose? why or why not?
-Yes, I agree with the theme of Life of Pi. Because this shows what we are shown free inventory resilient people free inventory we do what we are able to secure any tragedy  indicated to show that we should keep in mind that we have someone steady tragedy whatever comes.

7.what specifically did I like/ dislike? why?

- specifically i like is in the scene where he was in a magical island. Shows that all the things around us can help. Especially to the animals, we could be friends with them.Share the moments we could share to them. Island show or tell that there is "no man is an island" because were we go we can have friends. And also where the big fishes passes by under his boat and the fish does not matter to him.

8. are there any aspects of theme which are left ambiguous at the end? why?

-when he reaches an island and he is close to death. but there is a company of people saw him they help him to survive. And the tiger is a good one because he don't even try to eat Pi even though he has felt starvation for staying in the ocean very long.

9. how does this film relate to the things that are happening in your life?

- this film relate to the things that are happening in my life is that what ever problems come. always stay strong, be confident to your strength and to your self, and the most important things is that you have faith in God. Always were smile. Do things that can solve your problem. Don't be afraid to face it. Don't just keep it. just say it and let the world help you to solve it.
